T1 Release Effort

T1 have announced that Lee "Effort" Sang-ho is no longer a member of their League of Legends roster. The player has been transferred to another LCK team SANDBOX Gaming.

Effort is a 20-years-old Korean support player, who has been playing for T1 since the beginning of his career in 2017. Last year he won LCK Summer and placed 3rd – 4th at 2019 World Championship, while this year the team won LCK Spring and placed 2nd at LCK Regional Finals, failing to qualify for Worlds 2020.

Earlier this offseason T1 parted ways with Choi "Kuri" Won-yeong and signed Ryu "Keria" Min-seok from DRX. Besides that, they moved Kim "Roach" Kang-hui to the academy roster and promoted Choi "Zeus" Woo-je to the main roster.
