Secret, OG and Nigma to Play at OGA Dota Pit 3

One Game Agency have announced the third season of OGA DOTA Pit Online for Europe and CIS. The main event is scheduled for September 20th – 26th and will feature eight teams competing for a $170,000 prize pool.

The organizers have already revealed all six invited teams – among them are three leaders of the previous season Team Nigma, Alliance, and OG, as well as Team Liquid, VP.Prodigy and Team Secret. The final two participants will be determined through the 4-teams closed qualifiers, where FlyTyMoon, Ninjas in Pyjamas, Vikin.gg and 5men will compete on September 20th – 22nd.

The main event will follow a usual for the Dota PIT series tournament format – skipping the group stage, the teams will start in a double-elimination playoffs bracket, where all regular series will be best-of-three and the grand finale will be played as best-of-five.

The first season of OGA Dota PIT Online also featured a Chinese divisions, while the second season added a division for the American teams. It remains unknown whether the third season will have any additional divisions besides the Europe/CIS league.
