Groups for DreamHack Open Fall 2020 Revealed
DreamHack have revealed the groups for the final Regional Major Rankings event of this year for Europe, DreamHack Open Fall 2020. The event will begin on October 15th, featuring 16 teams competing for a $115,000 prize pool, RMR-points and one ticket to IEM XV – Global Challenge. The group stage will have four GSL groups with best-of-three series. The groups look as follows:

The best two teams from each group will advance to the upper bracket, while the squads placed 3rd will compete in the lower bracket. The playoffs stage will have a double-eliminations, with all games being best-of-three.
DreamHack Open Fall 2020 was supposed to be the final RMR-event before the major tournament ESL One: Rio 2020, which recently was cancelled by Valve. In their statement, Valve shared the plans to continue organizing online RMR events until it is safe to hold LAN-tournaments.
