EPICENTER CS:GO 2019 with a $500,000 Prize Pool Announced

Epic Esports Events have announced that they will host a $500,000 Counter-Strike: Global Offensive event EPICENTER 2019 this December in Moscow. Among invited teams are Evil Geniuses, Natus Vincere, Team Vitality and AVANGAR.

The event will feature two stages: the group stage will be played on December 17-19th, while the playoffs will take place at Crocus Expo Hall on December 21st-22nd. Overall, the tournament’s line-up will consist of eight teams. Besides the four teams mentioned above, the list will include another invited team and one team from each Europe, CIS and China. The European qualifiers are scheduled for October 28-29th, while the CIS qualifiers will take place on November 21st-22nd. The dates for the Chinese qualifiers remain unannounced.

Epic Esports Events is a Russian company that organizes mainly CS:GO and Dota 2 events. They have been hosting CS:GO events annually since 2016.
